The Galotta is a type of grape that was made by the Changins Research Institute by crossing Gamay and Ancelotta. It yields an original wine with Gamay’s fruity bouquet and Ancelotta’s more structured tannins. Fermented over 12 months in oak barrels, it’s a perfect match with an Italian meal or any type of red meat.
